Duties:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Assist with accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and collections
- Conduct general ledger accounting activities, such as reviewing and analyzing financial statements
- Utilize double-entry bookkeeping principles to ensure accuracy in financial records
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations to identify and resolve any discrepancies
- Utilize 10-key typing skills for efficient and accurate data entry

Skills:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors or discrepancies
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing financial statements and reports
